Question About Zakat ASB and Tax Rebate

Lets say I need to pay RM 500 zakat for year 2022 ASB simpanan. Do I need to pay RM 500 before 1 January 2023 to get the rebate or can I claim the rebate for the upcoming tax year 2023 and pay it on 2023 year instead?

I've been using iCORE Hosting (Dedicated Server Plan) since december, and there were 3 major downtime occurrence throughout my hosting period (Intermittent with some lasting nearly an hour.). Not only that, they did not even responded my inquiries and hang up on sight of my phone number.. Please, avoid iCORE Hosting at all costs.

Uptime is critical as i am running a game service server... I am currently looking to refund my dedicated server and plan to move to another host. Any of you have good recommendations for a 99.99% up time host ?

The last flagship device i used was Samsung S4 and it was a very nice experience until i put it in the washing machine After that I use a lenovo phone-bad touchscreen. was inaccurate and hard to touch then a xiaomi redmi note 3 [mediatek] which was awesome the first 3/4 months then call quality drop, lag, hangs and then the screen crack. I had enough of this budget choices and wanted to have a good long lasting [at least 1/2 years] phone. I am rough user, often travelling so toughness, battery and camera is important feature. The device are priced equally between oneplus 3 [import] and huawei p9 plus (RM1.9k). The samsung i got a good deal for RM2349, free wireless charger, tempered glass and silicone case. which should i opt for,

Workstation Rig Suggestion

My Budget will be around RM 5k -> RM 7k [Stretched] for Desktop Only.
I will be using the rig for Video Editing, [MOSTLY - Lightroom, Photoshop, Solidworks CAD Design, Programming using Android Studio]
Any recommendations? Will probably go for 2 SSD setup - One for Programme, One for Media Disk. One HDD for Lightroom Catalogue.

*Side Note* My Video Editing job revolves around 1080p Clips from my D750. Lightroom files would be 24MP as well. My current monitor is 1080p.
*Extra Note*
I want to be able to view simple effects in real time [if possible] in after effects so that i can preview my edits without rendering.

Persona Power Steering LEak

Recently my car persona SV has a leak at the bottom of the power steering fluid reservoir. I topped it up a few days ago then the next morning it goes down till below the minimum level. Didn't drive the car only started it in the morning. Car pooled with friends. Then today when i wanted to start it the car wasnt able to start. Check the power steering fluid reservoir, completely empty. Can this cause the car unable to start? The check engine was on today but not the day before. Is it due to the constant raining?

I recently upgraded from AMD Phenom X3 2.xghz to Intel I5 2500k + P8Z77 VLX Motherboard.
I also added a new fan. So total spec:

Intel I5 2500k
ASUS P8Z88 VLX
320GB HDD
Samsung DVD Drive
Radeon HD6790
2 chasis fan (1 LED). 1 fan on psu. 1 on cpu.

When i go back home , i formatted + installed all the mobo driver (including VirtuMVP - they say ++ GPU Power) and played Witcher 2 on ultra for around 1 hr +. Then i quit game and did some pdf reading. Then freeze. I hard-rebooted the pc then everything went ok. Then I go watch running man for around 1hr then suddenly poof freeze again. Hard rebooted then blank screen. I plug in to the onboard mobo and got screen. Checked device manager =_= the graphic card is gone. Did VirtuMVP ruined my graphics card ? Is my graphic card ruined?

Issit my PSU? 400W < --- i thought it will not be enough but the shopkeeper said its ok. Will the graphic card work if i buy a new psu? how much wattage do i need?

Currently i've just signed up for the mol point service just to buy a ragnarok online monthly access card. But everytime i wanted to buy something an error message appeared , currently out of stock. So i waited for a few days , yet still the same. I tried clicking on other stuffs but also display out of stock. I've heard rumours mol is down. Is it true ?

Is it possible to setup a TMNet direct connection to a house ? How much would it cost [Including the installation + Hub/modem/router ] ? I heard they charge the installation fees by the Kilometre. My area is Kuching and I'm very desperate for a 10 MBPS and above connection. And i doubt it is possible to use quadruple line 1.5 MBPS streamyx. So guys help me out here.
