Problem with PTPTN

I am in a bit of a trouble.

So, recently i've gotten a joob offer to work in a singapore Security company with the help of my friend. But the problem is I have a 'Travel Ban' to luar negara because I havent pay my PTPTN debt. I'm not sure what to do! and in order to pay the debt I need to work(mother father not rich to help and i havent had a permenant job before).. but the only chance I have is to work there and start paying the debt.

Could someone suggest to me what ways is possible to overcome this? i tried calling PTPTN and they ask me to settle the full amount then only they will lift the ban.
so frustrated and worried of my future
