Littering Issues

As mention above, Littering issues especially in public area such as bus stop, walkway and open area car pack.

Actually there are a lot of method been carried out :-
- Campaign
- Education
- Fine (Saman)
- mores

but why is some of the Malaysian still practicing this habit?
Is it thrash/rubbish bin not enough? which i dont think is a issue here.

I hope do get some feedback how to prevent them b4 they want to litter ?
( maybe by a device or something else )
- Like the Volkswagen Funtheory, they applied a sound effect into the dustbin/thrash bin and it does work, 72kg of rubbish been collected that day.

i just format
My notebook toshiba around 2 years
ac adapter 19v
battery 10.4v
how come this will happen?

Hi... i doesnt know where to post this by the way...
it happen on my hard disk...
my comp able to detect mass storage after i plug-in my WD Ext hardisk
but the partition doesnt show out... i just bought a few month ago ...
problem now .. i wanted to send back to the shop.. but i lost my resit @@"
can i bring back to the shop to check it up?

Actually many of them told me taylors but i cant afford to stay in taylors
and i decide not to go for taylors .
I saw an offer from Cosmopoint Internation University COllege << is this institute reliable?

Mainly i interested in cooking but my mom n dad dont approve me to study Chef
so i take hospitality which can also get some experience of chef but now i am confuse now
i am a just graduate STPM student without a so so good result
mainly just around CGPA 2.1 , 2 sub got prinsipal and 2 get below than that
