always in silent mode

Hi..I'm stuck with my iphone 4. Since last week, it has stopped ringing. However, if I want to change the ringtone from sound setting, there is a sound. I noticed one thing when I change the mode to be silent or vice versa (using the 'silent mode button), I'm no longer able to see the icon of the ring been enable or disable. Need all the 'taiko'2 semua advise, is it related to hardware issue or just a setting issue?

Thanks in advance...some note: last week, the phone has been dropped to the ground accidentally..

Guys,
Just to share with you guys of what I have experienced during preparation and the working of interior renovation to my new house.

At the end of 2010 to early 2011, I was looking to a 'BIG' name company that can do everything in interior thingy such as Kitchen Cabinet, TV Cabinet, WArdrobe and etc. I went to Welco Kitchen, Mama Kitchen, Kian Classic, Alzo and many more. They had provided me all the quoatiation for all the details that I needed. Based on the quoatiation given and after so many thought, I was very satisfy with this one company called 'KIAN CLASSIC'. So I paid the deposit for Kitchen Cabinet package (inclusive wardrobe) and TV Cabinet for RM1k back to the salesperson that entertained me instead of choosing other person (as he has done a good job). At that time, I was very happy on the design that they have proposed.

My new house key was released a bit late from original date. So I have gave 'KIAN CLASSIC' a called to inform about this. Again, they are very good. They said, they are ok with that and once I have the key, do inform them for the appointment with their designer. At that time, I was very happy with their service. The key of new house has received. I did not call them as I believe I have to settle on the grill first. While choosing a contractor to do grill, the same contractor mentioned about kitchen cabinet. They offered me concrete kitchen cabinet with a very good price. Hurm...for me it's very good as I'm a lazy person on doing the care2 thingy to the kitchen cabinet. So I quickly call 'KIAN CLASSIC' to check on the changes of the arrangement. They said, they unable to return the deposit (which I understand). I asked them whether I am allowed to use the deposit for other things? The answer was YES. Again, I was very happy with the service from 'KIAN CLASSIC'. Since they have gave a very good service, I think it is better for me to meet them face to face.

So I drove all the way from my new house to KIAN CLASSIC HQ at Cheras. When I entered the office, one salesperson approached me. I explained to her all the details and she said that either I picked things = to my deposit or add up around RM700 for TV Cabinet. I calculate and seems like the offer for TV Cabinet seems like worth, then I choose to add up my deposit. So after payment been made and receipt given, I drove back to my home. Now the BAD EXPERIENCE START!!!

After a while, a designer from KIAN CLASSIC called me for appointment to do measurement at my house. So he advise me to move the power plug a bit low in order to follow the TV Cabinet design. So I have to call for another contracter to move the power plug as per advise. Once completed, I give the designer another call and he came again. This time around, it very fast as he just need to check and double confirmed on the design. So I agreed with all the design and he asked me to go to KIAN CLASSIC Shah Alam Branch to choose the color and material. I did it on the same day. Once everything done, I give him a call and asked him when they can install it at my house. He said, if no issue, 1 week from the date I called him.

So I wait for his confirmation on the installation date. 2 weeks? no update. I was frustrated..I called him many times (2 handphones), no answer. Leave message to both handphones also no reply. I tried again on the next day..again, SAME AS YESTERDAY. I was pissed off already. Luckily, on the next day, he called me. He said he was on leave as he need to prepare for his WEDDING DAY. I congrate him and I asked what has happened to the installation thing? He said that, he need to check and re-arrange. He promised to call me back.

Now, I have headache as my wallpaper contractor has agreed to come only after the TV Cabinet installed. The contractor pushed a confirm date but I was stuck with KIAN CLASSIC S**P*D. So I called the KIAN CLASSIC designer and asked for a date. He gave the date and I'm ok with that. 2 days before the installation date, I give a call to the designer and again NO ANSWER MOMENT happened again. NOW, WHAT THE F*** man!!... leave message and keep calling since morning. Lunch hour, the designer picked up my call. I asked what happend? he said, he was admitted at hospital. I was very sorry and I asked him can you just pass to someone else? He said we will text me the number. You know what happen next? He gave a new DATE for the installation!! I really FEDUP with KIAN CLASSIC and I called my wallpaper contractor to install first.

Luckily, no more changes on the installation date. BUT, when TV Cabinet has installed, there is one shelf was wrong measurement. THe installer mentioned to me, he need to return back to factory and the designer will return to me. I said, okla.. When the installer leave my house, I was a bit surpise because they just leave without asking for my signature on any document. I said, okla...after 2 months and until yesterday I still not receive the missing part (the shelf). When I went to HOMEDECO at Shah Alam, I asked to one guy that wearing KIAN CLASSIC shirt at their booth, to whom should I raise my disaapointment of your company? He nicely discussed with me and understand the issue. He then, quickly called the designer and asked the designer to discuss with me.

WORST THING WAS...when I asked him, do you owe me anything (after explain who am I), he said..nothing. Then I asked him how sure he is that the TV Cabinet has been installed at my house? He said the factory has informed him. I asked him, did the factory informed about the 'missing part'? He said NO. I told him to check and revert to me without giving any contact number. After that, before I left the booth, the guys at booth (seems like the manager) passed my the business card and asked me to call him if the issue still not resolve.

Last night, the designer called me and promised to send the missing part by tomorrow morning...this morning...he texted me said that only after lunch..and I still waitng!!!!

TO BE HONEST, I AM NO MORE RECOMMMED KIAN CLASSIC TO ANYONE...THIS IS TOTALLY A BAD ATTITUDE FROM A SO CALLED BIG COMPANY..

I'm not making a story but this is the truth story..just a story to share with you guys..before you choose KIAN CLASSIC, do read the story..at least when it happen to you, you won't be so frustrated as you have know and still choose them!!

need to have some information regarding this company..i already done some research to this company and i found that the business was very good but i would like to know in advance some information such as:

1) how the working env. in the company...
2) how the company take of the worker
3) is it a good choice of working in this company?

anyone who are currently working/been working in this company, i would like to hear you guys information..
