PDRM Summons

Hi All,

I've received a speeding summons from PDRM yesterday by mail. In the summons, they actually attached it with a photo (although it is a bit blurry). When I look clearly on that photo, I found that it was not my car! I'm driving Myvi but the car in the photo is actually a Kelisa! More over, I'm sure that I never been to that place on that day. I was actually taking breakfast at a kopitiam when speeding photos is taken.

This case actually initiate me to check my summons on Myeg. Once i check, OMG, I have another speeding summons at Bentong (I'm a KL ppl). This summons take place in the afternoon of a weekday where I actually working! >.<

So, I'm sure there are people who embezzle my car registration number/car plate number. Immediately (at 10pm), I went to police station to lodge a report. However, in the first police station, they say they only take normal crime report, not anything about traffic, so they ask me to go to police station B. I double confirmed with them whether I can settle it out of office hour and they said YES. After 20mins of driving, I arrived police station B and they are CLOSED! Luckily there are police ronda pass by and lead me to another police station. Sadly, the officer in the third police station says I only can settle it during office hour as the officer who authority to handle this kind of case is not available out of office hour.

Today, my dad went to the third police station again during office hour, intentionally wanna settle it up for me. Again, the officer treated us like a ball, asking us to go to the daerah police station where the summons is issued.

Come on, I just wanna lodge a police report, and at the same time wanna waive my summons. Why do I need to face all these pain? It was not my fault at all! I was rushing for a project in the office and i cant simply take leave now.

Can anyone please advise what and how should i settle it? I just wanna lodge a police report saying that there are people embezzle my car registration number, at the same time request to waive my summons. I hope to settle it ASAP before that "theif" actually use my car registration number to commit a crime.
