Should I go for business studies?

Hi everyone.. I need some advice here...

I'm a SPM leaver and I obtained 9As in SPM. I'm interested in Business Studies but my parents and frens say that it's too common and hard to find job after I graduate. Is it true?

And I'm not sure which field in Business to choose. Finance, Business Administration, International Business or Human Resource Managements?

I'm also interested in Arts and Designs but not sure is it suits me..
Previously i wanted to study architecture but did some survey and found out that it's really hard.

So I need ur help now.
