Is utar cert recognized at oversea countries like singapore n australia?<br />2. I am also a scholarship holder of the star edu fund.. Can i transfer the scholarship from ktar to utar?<br />3. I would be enrolling into 2nd year of biotech, which campus would it be? kampar or setapak?<br />4.
