Google Codejam

The longest running coding competition is back and is ready to start evaluation round in an hour or so. (Google 'google codejam'). So, join in people. If your start early, you have more time (27 hours) to solve simple problems because it is just <s>an evaluation</s> a qualification test for further rounds.

Conversation Skills During Interview.

I have a few questions.
1. How much of conversation skill is suitable during interview so that you won't be rejected because of too much or too little of that?
2. How a naturally introverted person and applying for IT job should talk in an interview so that it is acceptable in job seeking standard?
3. How should you act if you are asked questions that is not stated in the resume but are required to have deep level of that skills for the job applied?
Thank you.
