WTA - 215/45R17 Michelin PS3

Hi

I'm not a very knowledeable person when it comes to a car. Just want to know, what is the best tyre pressure for Michelin PS3 215/45R17? Car is Civic.

Hi All,

First of all, sorry im quite noob about tyre and car. Need advice from sifu and pro here

My car is vios 2008 model. stock rim. need to change tyre. before this I use michelin ( dunno which model ), but it quite noisy. then changing to conti cc5 ( recommended by workshop ). It is more quiet but the problem is, it doesnt last long like michelin. ( less than a year but worn out already ). The workshop swap michelin to back and change the front tyre to cc5. Michelin is still okay, but the cc5 already "botak".

I prefer quiet and good tyre. budget around 150-250 per piece.

Hi, i want to ask for suggestion / opinion about my case.

On October last year, i attended interview with company A and company S. i passed both interview and both ask me to start work on december, so i submit my resignation letter.

Details of companies:

Company A :
- a bit far from house
- offer low from company S for about RM200
- start on early december

Company S :
- just 5 minutes from house
- initially, offer more than company A
- initially, ask to start on early december

Both called me and briefly explain the offer and ask if i accept the offer, but since company S offer look more attractive, I rejected company A and verbally accepted the offer. On early December, company S still haven't give me the offer letter, so I called them so many times, and they ask me to start on mid December, so i went about half a month without salary, but still acceptable to me as long as i have the job, and im doing some part time job at that time.

But just before the date that i should join, they emailed me and told me that they changed the date to early january because if i start on middle of december, got so many public holiday. So it made me went a month without salary. But i still accept the offer since i got income from part time.

Then during half month before i should start, they emailed me to told me that they reviewed my initial offered salary.
At first they reduced it by rm400, so it made the offer less RM200 than company A, but since I already rejected company A, there's nothing more i can do.
Then after 2 days, they emailed again said that they reduced it further more by RM300, so it make the different from initially offered by RM700!! I tried to nego and said that I considered only the amount that first reviewed although that amount is less than company A. Then they reply like take it or leave it.

Since i did not have any other offer and if i want to search for new job, it will take more time, i accepted the offer. After that, just before new year, they once again postponed my joining date, and they give reason that they not enough time to prepare the offer letter. I got really pissed off and never reply. Only on friday, before i joined the following week did they give me the offer letter.

Then, for few month, there are few days that i came late to work, but it only 5-10 minutes, and almost everyday i went home late. But then, the HR give warning to me. I said that i go home late, they said that they did not care at all if i go home late or on time, but i must come early. I was like WTH?? Then i raise the issue about my offer letter, then they said up to me if i want to report or not, email cannot be use as evidence. is it true?

If I want to raise the issue, can i make report? can the email be use as evidence?
Or should i just resign from the company, since I really hate working here right now after what i went through.
