Hybrid Power Technology Compatibility

Hello everyone, I wanted to update the latest Nvidia driver but there's a problem. Nvidia wrote that "Notebooks supporting Hybrid Power technology are not supported (NVIDIA Optimus technology is supported)." .
My graphics card is GTX 760M and I think my laptop is using Hybrid Power Technology by ASUS? Is it okay to update or not?

Um . . I want to ask about Overclocking . . I NEVER OVERCLOCK BEFORE
My graphic card is 550 W and how much PSU should I get to overclock ? Like GC 550 W and PSU needs to be 650 W and more ?

I also need helps on casing . . Should I choose Thermaltake V3 Black Edition or V4 Black edition ?

P.S. I'm newbie on computer and overclocking thingy . . Sorry .

Hi , I'm looking for a LOW PROFILE GRAPHIC CARD .
I don't know which should I choose NVIDIA or ATI .
My budget is RM 300 ~ 400 . .

My comp :
Dell Inspiron 545 Slim
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.16 GHz
250 W PSU

Currently I'm using Low Profile ATI Radeon HD 4350 512 MB . Want to upgrade it to 1 GB .
Any suggestion for me ?

My PSU : 250 W (It sucks)

So which graphic card is suitable for my comp ? My budget around RM 400 . .
I prefer GeForce GT 430 .
