mobo problem

guys, i got new mobo abit NF7-S (2nd hand). i put everything properly lah, but it cant boot, some1 said it might RAM or GC fault.
i tried use my RAM that i currently use for PC i use now into it, but still cant boot. tried all 3 RAM slot already. GC also i tried with 3 GC , which 2 of em used and still working, and 1 is new GC. any1 have opinion whats the prob? every time i try boot it sound 'beep' . beep 1 sec, then stop 1 sec, then beep again 1 sec then stop 1 sec, again and again

and i got 1 question:

what it mean by "1 x AGP slot (8x/4x, AGP 3.0 compliant), supports 1.5v display card only." ? i got this when reading some mobo spec

ive Winfast A7300GT TDH GC, that mobo can support or not ?

ok let say i have 1 single port modem/router and 1 5 port router

i set modem router as bridge for connection mode and make PPOE at my 5 port router to connect the internet.

the question is, which MAC address will b use at internet ? both or either 1?

any1 have suggestion for cheap system but good enuf to do 3D work?
from mobo, proc, graphic card, memory and hard disk capacity...
