EVPAD 3S black screen output to Sony TV

Hi Folks,

I am an EVPAD 3S IPTV user here. I am having a problem here whereby my SONY TV is just showing a black screen coming out from my device HDMI outlet. I have done various troubleshooting below however to no availability to a solution. A few things and info i have tried below

1. Changing ports of the HDMI to various ports (my TV has 4 HDMI ports) all show black screen.
2. My EVPAD 3S tv box is able to show video when i connect to other tv and monitors.
3. My SONY TV is able to 'detect' a video signal from the device, however the screen is just black.
4. My SONY TV HDMI port still works as i am able to connect my laptop, PC and PS4 to my TV and showing video just fine.

Only my EVPAD 3S is having this issue and any kind soul here who can help me solve this problem is deeply appreciated. Thanks

I see in FnF these days are filled with B/C sedans segment comparisons, but how about SUV/Crossovers that you would most likely buy? Also considering Price, Drivability, Safety and also Reliability, and also long term value, what is your preferred choice? Let me list a few candidates:
