[WTA] RM2k budget pc build

Hi all

Can someone recommend parts for my new desktop computer minus monitor and speakers? I have no clue whatsoever

Main purpose is to play games such as Civilization: Beyond Earth, DOTA2, etc and a little bit of school work.

I want functionality over flashy details i.e. it doesn't have to look nice and can play for long hours without overheating.

People from Penang, can you please recommend a good ID contractor? My house is in Nibong Tebal.

I'm a total noob wtih regards to ID.

The local ID said he can do it all. I'm scared he's taking on too many projects that he'll be burned out and run away

On the outside my house is gray. I want a red/black theme interior. My wife disagrees on my choice of colour scheme . But then again, I'm colour blind . Speaking of which, for a Gray-ish house, what's the most suitable colour for grills?

Does anybody know where i can get professional help? or share how they deal with it?

In my case, its not really for me rather for my wife. she break stuffs because "its not expensive". just a few hours ago she broke the laptop i bought for her. i'm at wits end.
