Paypal & CIMB confusion

So i recently registered for Paypal Acc. and using CIMB bank with CIMB master card DEBIT.

When Paypal asked me for verification, i used the CIMB Debit master card for the RM10 verification deduction.
It took approx 4 days for the verification code to appear in my CIMBclicks and the RM10 was deducted from my Account.

So i continued to make some purchases on Ebay, linked to my CIMB Debit Card via Paypal. The seller seemed to have 'received' the payment and I was given an invoice from Ebay. But, as i checked my CIMBclicks, only the RM10 deduction for Verification appeared and my account balance is still the same. None of the purchases I've made via Paypal on ebay had appeared on CIMB, But i had received SMS from CIMB about my purchases.

I've checked with Paypal account and according to it, my payments was successful.

I am just curious whether it would take several days for it to appear online on CIMBclicks.
Because i do know myself that CIMB Mastercard cannot be used for Online purchases.

I want to receive my items bought early and It would be a bummer if later on, the seller still has not received the payment and will cancel my order.

Wet sanding a car panel help and enquiries..

I just applied a few coats of base paint and a coat of clear-coat on a stone chip but was not truly satisfied. The colour matched perfectly but its somewhat still visible and bumpy.

I heard you could sand down the area with 2000-2500 Grit sandpaper (wet) and sand it down, then use Meguiar's Ultimate Compound or SwirlX 2.0 to remove the fine scratches from the sanding process.

Although i am still a newbie with car detailing, it seems like this would work, and I already have SwirlX and 2000 Grit sandpaper at my disposal. What do you guys think?

Has anyone done this before? Feedbacks?

PS. I am not looking to send my car in for repaint (the car is only 2 weeks old today and the pearl shade would make it difficult to pair with rest of the car) - also they would charge 2x as much.

Can i hand-buff this or use Meguiars DA PowerSyst?

My new black car received some damaged from rock chips recently, and my order of original touch-up paint with clearcoat has arrived in the mail.

I've searched online several times for application, and I was told that for best results (typically you get blobs when using touch up paints), is to buff/polish the car, then reapply wax.

I do not own a rotary buffer (nor plan on purchasing - expensive), so can I use hand instead, and how?

Also, are all buffer machines the same? I've heard such equipment requires excessive training to avoid stripping paint, but Meguiar's DA Power System seems like a rotating sponge (just for application).

What TIME will cheque be completely cleared?

I just got my new car waiting at the collecting bay for the downpayment to clear.

I had maybank to release a bankers cheque (i believe bank draft) from my account with a sum on wednesday, but unable to give till next day due to CIMB machine problem.

My recipient is using CIMB, so i deposited the cheque at their machine at 9:30 am on Thursday. The bank assistant assisted me with depositing and said it would be in their account, and cleared on monday (today).

If it is today that the cheque is cleared, what time will it be completely transferred and visible in their account? Will it be in the morning or after office hours?

Why ASTRO Byond PVR not to 16:9 or FULL screen?

I was a happy beyond user before, and until they upgraded my decoder to PVR, they said its even better...NOT!

Previously with my older Byond decoder, i could watch any SD and HD movies in 16:9 (for HD) and full screen (for SD) AUTOMATICALLY.
I have elders in my home where watching their SD channels (RIA, TV3) are all using up the 52" LCD. Now with Byond PVR, they have to manually adjust the screen size via that screen size button, which is utmost a pain for people, esp my mum, to keep on clicking to find the exact ratio on every channel she flicks.

Is there something or somewhere i could change this?? Ive tried EVERY settings and NONE were SCREEN SETTINGS, theres screen saver, dialog box but no screen settings..

I am very disappointed with this and may change back to normal beyond..

I am currently installing the new Astro Byond PVR (the one that could record) and the installers were stunned that it would not work.. Nothing, even the Decoder showed "-----". So a lot was done, changing HDMI cables, re-installing the cables, then when they unplugged Unifi, the channels appeared.

Then the installers said that 'interference' with Unifi and PVR is so strong that you could either use one or the other. I have a mother who loves the HyppTV HQ TV3s and such but lack the knowledge to plug in all HDMIs etc, this is extremely unreliable.

When i called Astro CS, they said the Unifi MUST be moved to another location.. INCONVENIENCE as Unifi supplied its limited wiring and now i have to move it elsewhere??

But then after hours of experimentation, we found that by moving 2-3feet away from the Decoder, works. But it is not 100% guaranteed. Will have to wait hours to days to see if it does really work.

I designed my house to be 'clutter' free, with panelings that conceal unwanted/ugly cables. And many of home users now do have that sense - panelings are also cheaper now. So to anyone who is considering, please move Unifi beforehand and save yourself hours of waiting. Because Astro installers differ from house to house, area to area, so even though Astro did receive this Unifi problem, NONE of the installers knew about this and came up as a new problem.

We decided to update our existing Byond to Byond PVR because of a call Astro made to selected customers, allowing to update for a small charge of adding a few channels. So why not? BUT since astro had already knew about this problem, why didnt they make a 'check-list' for eligibility or telling anyone who is getting ASTRO PVR that if UNIFI is present, there may be problems, its not the hardest thing to ask and tell right?

I just recently bought an iPad 2 wifi only model as i will not be using as much 3G surfing.
Although, i was thinking of getting a MIFI device from Maxis. (Can i BUY JUST the modem or do i need to sign up for plan?)

Can the MIFI device from MAXIS use the MAXIS PREPAID WIRELESS BROADBAND SIMCARD? i need it to connect to iPad 2 and my N8 simultaneosly.
