Reused the Desktop Hardware?

Hi Guys,

I think it is time for me to build a semi new Desktop, as old desktop refuse to start up.

The FAN blow for 2 second and stop 2 second and repeat it self.

My current Desktop
i) I5 4400k
ii) Radeon R9 270X
iii) Ram 8GB
iv) 4TBHDD
v) 120GB SSD
vi) DVD RW

power i think is kong out, will buy new .

A) Can i know firstly if there is a fix for the problem?
B) What item can be reused?

I am looking for budget PC for my kid to old Intel CPU is ok for me.

Appreciate the advice here.

Folks,

will be building a new rig and need a matching sound system for it.

I have seem the logitech Z906 5.1 is one of the best in market. any others which is better or around the price?

replacing my 5.1 altec lancing which is 12 yr old.

I not sure if this topic have been discussed. I am planning to purchased a car as the naza citra is getting old. I am thinking of getting any of the 2 above or others.

Have a family of 5X 2 adult , 1 x 3yrs old 1x 6 yr old , another one in planning.

Budget us around 100k.
Which car is better? For family , comfort for all, baby stuff carry and reliable?
