Laptop time freeze symptom

Just to update the status: I had sent the laptop back to ASUS service center. According to the guy, they did diagnostic but could not find any error. However, they also suspect it is SSD issue and they replaced it. Now the laptop is working good now.

Hello,

My laptop encountered a weird symptom, and i still have no idea how to fix. Here're the current issues:
1) Unable to install most program
2) Anti-virus corrupted, unable to reinstall too.
3) Task manager auto close after 1-2 sec
4) Initial suspect it might be virus or malware, thus i tried to use windows reset but fail. It just ready to 100% and then restart back to windows and nothing changed (no reset)
5) Then i go ahead to create a windows creation tool, boot with pendrive. I tried to delete and format my c: (OS) partition but fail. The c: just come back after i select delete ! My c: drive is SSD. This makes me think the issue might not be virus or software related since i have not entered windows yet.
6) Since i cannot format, i try to replace the old windows but the process get ready to 100%, and the restart but will enter windows and nothing happens.
7) I still can load my windows. However, it will revert to previous state after restart. Meaning, i can delete, create files or uninstall programs but once i restart or power off the laptop, all the changes will be reverted back like nothing happened.
8) However, I can transfer files from c: (SSD) to d: (HDD) and the file will still be in d: after restart.

Based on current observation, do you think it is SSD related ? I had only use the conventional HDD last time, and usually if it's bad HDD, it will just corrupt and data lost.
But for this case, it seems weird and feel like the SSD is only read-mode only now.

I would like to know if there is any diagnostic tools to check the SSD for any issue before i spend money to buy a new SSD to test it out ?

Hi,

Does anyone knows if there's any phone apps that can cut and superimpose person's head onto other body ?
I'm looking for any apps that can do it automatically and add more cartoonish to it such as making the head is larger than the body, etc.
Would prefer if there's already a template (couple/wedding related), and i can just cut the head onto it.
