SIME DARBY Property have launch a grand scale with all the town ship,spend huge amount of money on radio,enblock adss in alll major newspaper,billboards,facebook,event companies however fail to attract the crown in ara damansara .is in awful sight...maybe the price launch are on the very high side ranging 500k to 6 mil

very slow many launch i go ppl just come at eat the banquet and chow lol no apply loan from me also laaaaa price continue to soar high .............link house going for 800k condo min 600k....and will going upwards.......later mass malaysian will have to rent from ppl liow.(Have many rich malaysian those who have 2 mill account in the bank very esay to find)

bro and sis Banks are tightening the money supply in line with bank negara direction.most of ppl who own more then 2 loans which 2 buy 3rd property will likely be charge BLR -1.8% and margin less then 60%.Approval will be tough where Debt income ratio must be less then 50% of gross income.all this will start next month.so beware!
