Problem details
First occurrence of problem: Early This year
Problem frequency: Most of the peak time
Problem description: Hello, I would like to ask other users who are using Unifi, I'm using the L7 router given by them last year, been having a problem which is a packet loss, which I'm been sending 100 and only receive 70-80 for instance.
Its making my Gaming experience kinda not great.
I'm also getting problem with Twitch , which getting lag and sometimes stutter even on a medium resolutions,which is greatly odd because I seen someone getting a great watching even on VIP5 on the high resolutions.Are there any solutions? Do I need to change the router?
please do tell me if I need to add more information, I'm kinda new at this thing.
