What should I consider when buying new LAPTOP?

I'm considering of buying a new laptop.

This is what I need of my new laptop:
1.More memory space to store my files(school works)
2.Do not hang
3.Run very fast in speed(No need to wait when open folder or software)
4.The audio system wouldn't have problem(The one I have now will produce some noise when playing music or video)
5.Will not be heat up in only a short while
6.The USB port is in the right place(mine current laptop has ports that are close together and make it almost impossible to plug in two pendrives at the same time)
7.Able to load internet page better(does the spec influence this too? Because mine now is able to have the page loaded, but I found it hard to scroll the page whenever I try to scroll the page, it won't respond and that makes me frustrated)

I could use some useful advice.

Can anyone suggest good OKU internet packages in Malaysia, best with broadband.

I had been using Maxis Broadband rm68 packages...recently when I read their pages, it says that the speed is uncapped? what does it mean? does it mean that it will be fast even if I overuse the quota(definitely not I think...)?

How do you guys think of Maxis BB? Any other plan better than Maxis?
