Notebook Needed

A friend of mine is looking for a notebook which fits the followings and please advice me which brand and model should I recomand and what is the price.

SPECIFICATIONS:

*4GB RAM (Must have) - if possible try to get higher than DDR2 667 Mhz

*Intel Processor - Must be at least Core 2 and more than 2.0 Ghz, higher is better, if possible try to get
higher MB cacahe abd Mhz FSB

*Graphic card - at least more than 512 MB (Ati or Geforce)

*Include Laptop Basic Equipment
SATA HDD - Try to get higer GB
modem & LAN
Bluetooth
DVD Burner
Card Reader
Dont need Windows, better is Free OS (DOS)
etc

*Brand:
Toshiba, Fujitsu, Asus, etc (pls advice) - for heavy use like programming, long time using, must be can affort heat

Note:
*The laptop must be can supporting Bentley Microstation software (latest version, if not mistake is version 8)
*The laptop is not using for paper work, is using like prograamming, 3D software, Autodesk, etc...
*Pls advice the brand of the laptop, as long as must can heavy use, "tahan" heat, long time using (using laptop for few hours)
*The ram of the laptop must be at least 4GB (cannot less)

BUDGET is around RM4K, if higher, still can negotiate

Faulty Monitor

I had a few faulty monitor in my office and I need to repair them. Can someone recomand a good electrician with fair repair price?

My range of monitors are 15", 17" and 19". All are CRT.
