Hello to all the sifu here,
I've just tried to sign up for a trading account with hong leong investment bank. I noticed this field that I don't understand what it's for:
Consolidate or non-consolidate bank account for the same CDS account.
This is my first time opening a trading account and CDS account.
Does this field matter, what does it actually mean?
Which one should I select as a first timer?

Is there any deal from other manufacturer has more value than this? I don't mind if it's a little more expensive if it's a much recommended one because this inspiron I listed has very bad reviews. HP? Asus?

Ok, I'm asking this on behalf of my mom who refuse to believe what i said, and i guess i will just have to ask you sifus here.

The case is that my mom is going to purchase her first house and would like to take out the account 2 for funding.
Her question is that, UPON reaching 50 years old (she is now 46), will she still be able to withdraw account 2 again?

If she can (i suppose), and since account 2 will be emptied already, is she going to withdraw what will be accumulated within the 4 years time?
OR (this is what she keep bugging me about) will she be able to withdraw 1/3 of the account 1 again?

what she thinks is that account 1 will distribute another 1/3 of its amount back to account 2 at age of 50, I don't think it works this way isn't it?

Seller wants to cancel the deal

Hi to all Taikors,

Approximately 40 days ago I purchased a unit from a not-so-close friend of mine. Because we thought we know each other quite well and the deal should go smoothly, we din't go through any agent. So, I've paid approximately 2% deposit to the seller and have him signed on a manually made agreement letter as to prove that I've paid the deposit for this unit (with date, names, ic, address).

Now, the bank approved my loan and I've signed the bank offer letter, and the banker told me to wait for the call from bank panel lawyer (add. both me and seller agreed to use the same lawyer to do everything).

Ok, the problem now is that the seller wants to cancel the deal, is it possible that i can bring this to the court, with this manually made agreement letter?

If i cant bring this up, i'll lose my 2% deposit and most importantly the penalty of cancelling the bank offer letter...

Amax - How to pay bill?

I subscribed Amax since 21st of May. I was surprised earlier when the technician said I do not need to pay 3 months upfront and I only have to pay for 1 month which is only RM60.

I have been told that the bill/statement will be sent to my house after a month. Until today, 30th of June, I have not receive any statement yet. What should I do? Any Amax user might give me some advices? How you pay your bill?

I've just bought a set of speaker with subwoofer from sri computer. I've installed it and use it for half an hour. I tried and touch the back of my woofer, I feel hot...I predict the heat would be around 35-40 degree...

Is there any problem with me set of speaker?

Not able to receive certain mail, (streamyx)

I'm not able to receive certain "comfirmation mail" after certain registration using streamyx ISP's mail. But, I can receive it via hotmail...
Not only one mail, but is more and more mail that I can't receive...

What is the problem?
I wonder they filter the mail by itself automatically...
Can it be fix? or do I need to contact them?

DSL light blink when start run something

No matter wat I open, warcraft3, o2jam, titanquest, all those games ,
Whenever I open them, my modem DSL light blink , blink 3-4 sec, stable again.
Whenever I alt-esc, IT START BLINK AGAIN !!

What I think is...Her hp is too low.
Her first skill is only useful when early game.
If enermy buy gem, her ulti useless.
Her arrow shooting (5 sec stun) need to aim very accurate.

What is the secret inside her?
Do anyone know how to use her properly?
