ipod cannot on after erase all data

i have ipod touch gen 1 16 gb
and jailbreak.

so yesterday i decided to erase all data. just wanna clear everything.
after waited 2 hours, my ipod shut off and when on, it just shows
apple logo with loading.

when i charged it, the same thing happen

someone help me???

help2. i crashed my harddisk WD 1 TB, and when i plugged in at my lappy, it detects WD elemenets device but when i open MY COMPUTER, the FOLDER WD Did nt show up.. why is this happening..? i have to recover all the files. my assignment due is this friday.. help2!

juz use it3 days. yesterday, after charged it, my BB signal showed SOS
