It&#39;s organised by Animax channel. This award has been started in Japan since 2002. <span style='color:blue'>FOR THE FIRST TIME</span>, the entries are opened to countries in Asia, including <span style='color:blue'>Malaysia</span>&#33; <!--emo&:P--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /><!--endemo--> All they have to do is, come out a 30mins anime script, novel or comic.
