I am a fresh grad, would like to have a clearer idea wat offers are considered as good offers. Please let me know whether the following is a decent offer?
Please write down, what do u consider essential that must be taken into considerations, under the few categories below:

1. Job Scope : really depends on position

2. Salary/Pay : for an engineering fresh grad (bachelor/master) around 3k

3. Benefits : ***need advise (includes annual leaves, petrol/tol claim)***

4. Working Hours : 5 days a week + alternate Sat

5. Location : 40 minutes drive

6. Working Environment/Work-life Balance : Fast going, competitive, strict

7. Company Culture : Between Chinaman and MNC

8. Growth (Comapny and the Industry involved) : Fluctuate according to the economy

9. Travel : Ocassionally, not much chances
