Install WinXP on old notebook(NEED HELP)

Hello...can someone help me to install winxp on this old notebook. The notebook is Compaq n4000c .... The bios laptop didn't support to boot from usb . This notebook didn't have cd drive or floppy drive ...

I have bb 9000....One day i charge that bb using non original charger...i charge it from night to morning..
and when i pick that bb it become hot....after all it wont boot...

What happen?? maybe it battery problem..i buy a new original battery and replace it...
Finally that blackberry boot and go to home screen but it show that battery need to recharge....red battery sign on top screen

i leave it a night and the morning that bb still show red battery sign on top screen...
whats wrong...can someone told me how to fix this.....

I also take the bb to shop but the shop cant make it...
