My First Home Scheme loan 100%

Hi guys, wanna ask is it really true that the loan rate for my first home scheme will be higher than the normal 90% flexi loan rate?

like i asked the cimb they offer me like 4.7-4.8% interest rate, HLB interest roughly 4.8-4.9% ....

This is way too high compared to those normal loan.

Relationship problem

Hi guys, recently i am having a dilemma about my choices of giving up my gf after 3 years of relationship.

Long story short. We have a good relationship and we do give and take all the time in the early stage of our relationship. So now the only problem I think from my perspective is that she's giving too much time with her faith in the church. We both Christian, she's a Protestant and I am a Catholics. She spends most of the time with church friends more than she could spend on me. Usually, she will take Thurs, Fri, Sunday for church events, now she adds on with Saturday, not to mention she usually celebrate the big festivals like Christmas and new year eve with their fellowship.

Am I really being all selfish just to ask her to spend some time with me instead of going to church all the time?

This is giving me doubt should I continue this or just give up and make the pain short.

If any of you guys have experience to encounter issues like this can share some story with me... now temporary breakup felt a lil heart broken pain.

Hi guys, i just start exercise back in a gym recently, my goal was to achieve my weight to roughly 75kg wanna have wider shoulder and muscle.

my weight now is 69kg and height 179cm.

For now i plan to workout 3 days a week and i am currently following this plan.

about my diet side,

morning > 5 scoops of oat, then sometimes with toast bread and 2 half boiled eggs or a plate mihunmee

afternoon > chap fan with veges and meat normal portion.

night > home cook rice also with veges and meat or fish.

after workout > drink mammoth mass gainer about 2.5 scoop per serving.

i estimate and eat the calories per day would be around 2.5k-3k

wanna know is the link training method is sufficient to build up my body ?

when i following these training guide, i don't feel any soreness or pain from my muscle the next day, the weight that i carry when working out is usually around 8-10kgs.

Anyone got experience in such case, buying things from facebook user, online transferred the money to the seller and after few days seller refuses to give reply and deactivated Facebook. For such cases, is there anything I can do to get justice? the only thing I have is the record of the transferred recipient name.

even I can't get back the money at least I can do something to prevent him to scam other people...

When buying a car

Hi guys, just wanna ask, if says the car is 54k loan i get is 38k, and the remaining deposit of 16k is to pay the seller on after the name transfer.

so can i just use the cash to pay the remaining deposit to the bank runner and let the runner do the transfer job and pay the seller and get the car immediately.

or

I should go and get a bank cheque and then pass it to the bank runner to do the job? but for this way can i get the car immediately?

I taking loan from public bank the person told me that i have to buy their selected insurance and MRTA.

I heard from someone that if i purchase the insurance from them i also can get a 10% off for the insurance is it true?

another noob question may i know what is MRTA ?
