Plaster Ceiling

Hi LYN, I am undergoing reno for my house, am wishing to install plaster ceiling for my living room. Current ceiling height about 11'. I would like a plaster ceiling with light emitted on all 4 sides, which means an "island" plaster ceiling, if you know what I mean . But at the same time, I do not wish to drop down the height of the ceiling fan in the middle. Is there any design for the plaster ceiling that cater to the ceiling fan?

Thanks.

Wateraid Water filter

Hi all, I'm intending to install this water filter device as it seems very convenient especially the hot water dispenser. As I need to make milk for my baby, so having ready hot water is very convenient. But I have a question on the electricity consumption, since the heater is always running, thus energy is consumed. But they claimed that it's energy saving, compared to the usual kettle and airpot. I appreciate any LYN-ners are using this with good advice...tq

[attachmentid=3666385]

Sage UBS

Hi, I'm considering upgrading our company's accounting and billing software to the Sage 50, where I can also access the company data remotely. Anyone uses this now? And what advice can I get from current users as to these questions that I have below:

1) Is it easy to transfer data from the current UBS ver9.1 that we are using?
2) Is it worthwhile for many users?
3) Is it as easy to use as the old version?

Thank you.
