car jerk when switching off ignition

been a month and i notice that sometimes when i switch ignition off then my car engine would "jerk" akin shivering, and after this i would have problem restarting the car.. have to wait like half hour before it can start again? this i have tested few times =.= anyone know what is wrong? if the car doesnt jerk when i turn off then there is no problem starting up..

still no time to visit the mechanic.. and scared they put the cleaver to my neck xD

Auto-Restart

Was stuck by lightning about 3 weeks ago which claimed the life of my modem and network card...
then i was getting weird BSOD about once a day while playing games...
then it got even weirder... no BSOD.. just restarts...
now the frequency is 10-20 minutes into a game...

Here is what i did before

1) Clean up and resloted everything! as in whole motherboard empty.. heh
2) i change the power supply thinking it got bad... but still no go..
3) then i bought a new HDD, because now my pc restarts while copying files... so must be HDD liow! so went out, bought it and reinstalled windows... and upon playing game... "i really want to cry liow"...
4) so i downloaded microsoft mem tester to test my 2 rams and it seems that both would hang at exactly the same spot and test.. i tested each 256x2 separately... it did not report bad mem.. just whole program hang... did a few times also same spot for both...

so now, i suspect is the Motherboard... so before i run out and buy another one... is there anyway to be sure? now there is still the Motherboard, GC, RAM and processor! change all that and i get a new pc.. hahaha

PS. the test which hangs was WMATS+ at 004de000-0fff0000 and at around 25% for both RAMs... so i doubt is bad memory
