Mixing OEM ATF with multi vehicle ATF

As per title, just wondering if anyone did drain and fill ATF with multi vehicle ATF without removing all the original/old ATF? Any one encountered side effect by doing so?

I'm planning to do drain and fill the AL4 gearbox with Aisin AFW+ without removing all the old fluid (L71141). Referring to aisin spec sheet, Aisin AFW+ is compatible with L71141.

Recommended hairline/gasket filler

I have recently fixed the leaking radiator hose on my car. However, there are still some minor leaking over the thermostat housing gasket. Kindly find attached picture for your reference.

Can I know if there is any recommended gasket/hairline filler which I could just apply on the leaking gasket without needing to remove the whole thing? I don't feel like want to remove the thermostat and replace it with new thermostat and gasket.

Any input is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Instead of paying the tow truck company, is it true that the workshop will pay the 10% commission to the insurance policy holder who have his car repair in the workshop under insurance claim? Anyone tried or know about this please do enlighten me.

After sales service for large appliances

Hi. Not sure if this has been discussed before but I am unable to find it from the search feature.

I need your input on how good is the after sales service you have experienced from various brand/company for example Samsung, Panasonic, sharp, Daikin, Mitsubishi and etc on their large appliances such as air conditioner, fridge, and etc.

Here is my feedback.
Samsung: good after sales service. Call their CS and they will send their appointed professional to come no matter it is with or without warranty. Only problem is slow respond when calling through their helpline.

LG: please avoid. Their customer service pickup call very fast but never follow up on customer complain. You have to call them again to go after their appointed ah beng technician. The ah beng technician will then try to sell you other competitors brand (in my case he tried to sell me York air conditioner). If you rejected his offer, he will try to sell you a used item and eventually don't even bother to come to your house.

Now please share your after sales service experience.
