Hi, I'm planning to build a new rig during next month. (worried about SST will increase price a lot compare with current price )
Budget MYR5.6k (max), main purpose use for gaming (like GTAV, TombRaider etc), program-development and video rendering.

can suggest me some hardware part to compatible with my list?
and where can i get these parts with cheapest price? (local shop in KL or Selangor area)

through browsing here, etechpc or viewnet, these two if compare, which one i should go and grab my rig?

CPU: i7 8700k (prefer in INTEL)
MOBO: Gigabyte Z370 HD3
COOLER: CM Hyper 212x evo (or any cheaper powerful cooler)
RAM: 1x8GB DDR4 - 2666 (as long as cheaper)
GPU: Gigabyte 1070ti windforce (prefer in Nvidia)
SSD: either crucial mx500 or samsung 860evo - 250GB (optional, if other parts total has above 5.6k, i might get the ssd in other time)
HDD: Seagate 2tb 7200rpm
CASE: Corsair Carbide 275R Black
PSU: corsair tx650m? EVGA supernova G2 650w? (or suggest any quality and affordable price 80+ gold psu)

I'm confused about the 1119 gce-o grade.
I've got 6C for gce-o grade. Does it mean pass or fail?

and does it mean i got another cert for gce-o?
