Reason for sale: I paired it with i7 7700K processor less than 3 years back and this machine used to behave nicely until it started to freeze more than more often until I fed up with it recently. It can POST, but it may freeze after it booted (not BSOD, just freeze). I then realize that this is a known issue until I saw someone else is facing this issue. You may find more information here. Some people suggested that the only way to resolve it is to downgrade to Skylake processors. You just need a processor, hard drive, and RAM to complete this build. Open to offer for those who would like to take this for some other purposes.

This is a high density memory module. I used to use have it in Dell Precision T7500 (First workstation to max out Windows 7 192GB RAM). I no longer need this memory module. You may want to bring along your machine to test if this memory is compatible with your motherboard. AMD motherboard is more likely to accept this high desity motherboard than Intel. If you have a Dell/HP workstation, it works as well.

Reason for sale: I have ASRock Deskmini 110W (Barebone) with i7 7700k installed. The machine freeze often when the internal GPU fires up. The freeze is due to design flaw of the motherboard. This will only happen when a Kaby Lake processor is installed. I am looking for people to trade their i7 6700K (Sky Lake) with my i7 7700K (Kaby Lake). The processor is never overclocked as the motherboard does not support. You can read more about the design flaw or known issue with the combo here.

Item(s) conditions: I will try to describe as much as possible. Good in condition for this age (18 years old), small internal crack on the space bar (lower bottom right, you can see from the picture), one small internal crack (less than 1 cm) under bottom area. The keyboard does not look dirty, it is the way it is designed. RAM is maxed out at 544MB and 10.3.9 Tiger is installed. Hard drive has been upgraded from 3.2GB to 20GB. The original battery is included, but it no longer works due to the age. USB port is working, but it is working at 1.1 speed. CD-ROM and speakers are functional as well. Basically, there is nothing wrong with this machine electronically as far as I know. This item does contain scratches, but they're more like micro scratch due to daily use.
