So I pressed customize taskbar and the Bluetooth icon is not there either.<br /><br />Apart from that, Besides &quot;Bluetooth Devices&quot; missing in the control panel&#39;s &quot;Devices &amp; Printers&quot; which was eventually there before I noticed this problem, I also noticed when I press the wireless sign on my keyboard to switch off all wireless, then after that I switch it back on, there is a message showing &quot;USB Device Not Recognized&quot;. However, when I searched for Bluetooth in the &quot;Start&quot; search bar, the program is still there, so when I open the file location and pressed on the program no respond at all. <br /><br />[attachmentid=3360205]<br /><br />So, do you have any idea could this be a hardware problem or a software problem or most probably something wrong with the driver?
