Need help with a guy

I have been dating this guy for 5 years now and he is a loving and caring boyfriend to me.

Unfortunately, when he gets sick, he will cough like ah pek, loud and phlegm-y. And he gets sick like once every 3 months.
So whenever he coughs, it sounds disgusting and it's loud.

I get really embarrassed when he does this in public and everyone will be staring at him with a dirty look wondering what the hell is going on. I am right beside him and when this happens, I really want to just walk away pretending that I don't know him.

I have talked to him about it before, I asked him whether he is aware that everybody is staring and he says he does but if he doesn't cough it all out then he doesn't feel satisfied and will want to cough again.

What can I do? I don't want to keep feeling like this, people are wondering why am I even dating him when he acts like an old uncle even though we're both just in our mid-20s. Takkan I break up with him just because he coughs like that.

Are there any short courses on accounting?

I am looking for a short course on accounting that covers the basics, I heard there are courses that just takes around 2~3 months.
I'm around the Selangor area.
All kinds of suggestions are welcomed on short courses. Thanks in advanced
