a build that costs around rm 1000?
things I don't need:
I don't need OS (I'm using linux)
monitor
mouse
keyboard
speaker
dvd drive

things I need:
hard drive (cheap one will do)
gpu: (cheap one will do.)
ram: 8gb ram (need this)
cpu: I prefer inter quad core but I'll also consider AMD
psu: good and reliable.

GPU =Sapphire HD6950 2gb dirt edition
mobo= P8Z68 v pro gen 3
CPU= i72600k
heatsink= ? (budget rm 100)
RAM= G skill 16gb
HDD = WD 1tb caviar black
Case=Corsair Graphite 600T mid tower ATX pc case
OS= win 7 ultimate
Gpu cooler = ? (budget rm 100)

I don't know what gpu cooler should I buy with a budget of only rm 100.. and I also need a reccomendation for the CPU heat sink(for heat sink, the budget is also rm 100 )

Hard Drive questions.

so I was thinking rather than buying a new OS and a new hard drive wouldn't it be better to just use my old 1tb hardrive that has win 7 installed and set it up on the new build? unfortunately I've read up some articles stating it's not that easy *I'm still googling for more info related topic* anyway if any of you here knows of any article,site,etc that sheds more light on this matter, do share.

some other questions I have:

1. when will hdd prices expected to come down?

I'm looking for a new or used HD 6950 2GB preferably Sapphire.
looking for a dual fan gpu.. must be a single gpu.. not a weird dual gpu cram into one gpu product thingy.. so unstable..

condition:
it must not be heavily overclocked. honestly say how many times you've overclocked the card before.
I prefer to buy a card that has never been overclocked before.

warranty,reciept, manuals, wires all must have. (preferably with box)

COD in K.L only.

I've been searching on this forum for a while now.. and erm.. I've seen a lot of lesser known and cheap manufactured tablet that has the specification equivalent to better known brands such as Ipad,BBplaybook,Samsung Tab..etc..

my question is.. what is the real difference? all the cheaper ones claims that their tablet are also running at 1.0 ghz and are able to run Android latest firmware and games..
I even saw one selling for as low as RM 399.. I am looking for a good quality tablet that are reliable and also able to watch youtube videos without any trouble and can run the latest android firmware & games.

should I spend rm 700~1000 for a known brand such as Samsung? or should I get cheaper ones?

my neighbour bought a 2x4gb Vengeance sticks early last year at RM 578. (I'm helping him to get rid of his unused hardware) is the price shown on viewnet for 1 stick only or 2x?
