21 October 2017 - Purchased Item on 11 Streets
28 October 2017 - Item Received from courier

Unbox and found out that the charger adapter got fingerprint on it and the wire is not neatly tie.
Turn on laptop,first time setup, window welcome... then go in to desktop screen.
Cannot activate window. Error message show that can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device.

Hard disc was power on time was more than 300 hours, more than 13 days.

New laptop but window cannot activate and the laptop was power on for about 13 days before???
Quickly request exchange from seller through 11 streets.

1 November 2017 - Request exchanged approved.
2 November 2017 - Return the laptop to seller. Seller say need to check. Request new unit.
3 November 2017 - Seller agreed to exchange another unit for me.
6 November 2017 - Collect the exchanged unit.

Open the exchanged unit on the spot during collect from the seller.
First impression, the charger adapter got more finger print.
Seller said its because warehouse guy open to check and repack.
This time, window was activated.
BUT, hard disc power on time was more than 500 hours, more than 21 days for new laptop???

Is that a new unit laptop as advertised on 11 Streets?? I doubt.
