Dear Pros,

I seriously need your help! I cant restore backup from my itunes and the error messages keep popping up.

And i noticed that my SSD system drive has low disk space. I cleaned up some.

At first i saw that i have more than 10GB of space. But after i tried to restore backups a few times but all failed, my system drive has now shown no more space.

I suspect it is the temporary files that "eat up" all my spaces.

I do a quick check. This apple folder is taking more than 200GB, i am not sure what is it for.

Anyone can advise how to clean up some disk space by deleting unused apple files?? I do want to protect the backup files though.

Please help!!

Need Help! Item stolen from my parcel!

Dear Serious K, your helps will be greatly appreciated.

I bought an item from reputable and trusted seller A, whom is located in Hong Kong.

Item shipped from China / Hong Kong.

and thereafter item delivered few days later.

But when i open my parcel the day after, i was shocked that the item inside has been stolen.

I made police report against seller A and the local courier company, i also complained to Tribunal for Consumer Malaysia against the local courier company.

After further checking with the Seller, they told me that the item was shipped with the weight of 2.4KG. Without telling anything to the courier company, they said the parcel was 2.4kg when they received it.

So apparently it is the courier company who is at fault here.

In response to my complaint at Tribunal for Consumer, the courier company said that my claim is invalid as there was no contractual relationship between me and the courier company. They said the seller should raise a claim instead against the shipper in China.

Any thought? Please help.

[WTA] My Mistake By Engaging The Vendor's Lawyer

Hope someone can give me some advices. I am already very frustrated to deal with this kind of Lawyer.

Let me share my story (i try to cut it short):

I bought an apartment. And I am dealing with the Vendor directly without going through Agent.

The Vendor has her owner lawyer (who is her sister's friend). I was convinced to use the same lawyer by the reasons given that:
1) Her lawyer is Maybank's Panel Lawyer (I was looking for Maybank's Panel Lawyer. I do have my another Lawyer but they are not under Maybank)
2) The lawyer said this will speed up & smoothen the process.

So i paid 2% deposit on 30/03/2011.

The Lawyer later told me that they are not Maybank's Panel Lawyer!!!

I cant believe there is this kind of lawyer around... I have no choice but to engage another Loan Solicitor then.

Since then, the lawyer has been kept delaying & dragging. I complained to her (the lawyer) and she admitted that the Vendor asked her to drag as they are still looking for a house.

After some ting ting tong tong, the SPA was only signed on 13/05/2011 (more than 1 month from the day i paid the 2% deposit).

And the SPA was stamped on 24/05/2011 (even with some unfilled info like carpark no. & the Vendor's bank info).

Just when i tot the nightmare was finished, the Lawyer never stop delaying & dragging!

She (the lawyer) always gives empty promises & excuses for handing me the MOT & other documents for my signature. I sent email to her but she never bother to reply. My loan solicitor is also fed up with her bcoz of her empty promises to furnish her (Loan Solicitor is also a lady) the documents.

Until today, i am still waiting for her to furnish me the MOT & other related documents for my signature despite the fact that the SPA was stamped on 24/05/2011 (which was more than 1 month ago!!!).

She (the SPA lawyer) has been sitting with the stamped SPA for nothing!

I am really pissed off and considering to complain to the Bar Council but i am still trying to settle it nicely.

Hope to hear some advices from u guys. Appreciate if any Lawyer can PM me for your advice too.
