MyVi EZI 1.3 battery died. Change battery.

My car, MYVI 1.3 EZI facelift 2009, the battery died yesterday, i try to start but only got tick tick tick sound. Car horn and headlight are weak too, so I think it is the battery.

I am going to buy a battery and replace it later, but I read somewhere saying that the myvi has some security things that will make the car cannot start.

"The fact is that myvi has "unique" system. Bcos in order to prevent theft, myvi alarm system only give 3 chances for starting a car. Let say 3 starts fail the alarm will deadlock and prevent car from starting it. therefore owner must send it back to Perodua centre to reset the alarm code.

causes? if weak battery cause fail start then better change new battery for 2nd start."

Any ideas ? cause as I remember, I do tried to start more than 3 times yesterday..

And will it affect the Alarm / ECU settings ? If cannot start then need to tow to perodua center ?

Anyone can help ?

just sent my car to workshop for repair, and have change the following parts with prices,

is the price for the parts reasonable ?

Car : Proton Saga (Old type)
Area : Klang Valley

Lower Arm (front) RM105 x 2 = RM 210
Drive Shaft CV Joint RM125 x 2 = RM 250
Steering ball head RM55 x 2 = RM 110
Labour charge - RM 60

Hi all,

2 person joint-name purchase a property on 2000 for the price of around RM65k.

They took up a bank loan of 20k, and paid the remaining 45k + 5k (legal fees and etc) by cash.

And the bank loan has been paid completely few years ago.

Now they are in the processing of selling this property, at the stated price of RM62k

Accordingly to RPGT 2010/2011 guidelines, under normal circumstances the calculation should be like :

Sales Price - Acquire price = Gain

RM 62k - 65k = -3k

Since there is no gains by just the calculation of stated acquire and sales price, there should be no tax applicable on this right ?
And we haven't include included the legal fees, bank interest and etc.

In order to get exemption from the RPGT, what kind of forms should be sellers fill in ?
They have been told to fill in :

1) CKHT 1A
2) CKHT 3

is CKHT 3 really necessary as there is NO gain in this property transaction ?

the lawyer charges about RM300 for each person to fill up CKHT 1A and CKHT3, is this price reasonable ?
