Anyone knows what is the latest UniFi BTU offered by TM to VDSL users?

Which one of these two modem router is better, ZTE H268A or Netis DL4480V?

Any users that own one of these two modem router can share their feedback here.

I am currently using Unifi 30Mbps VDSL and faced short disconnection from the Internet when I am downloading full speed.

The short disconnection almost always occur when I am downloading full speed. The disconnection usually lasts for around 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Below is a screenshot of my xDSL statistics, there are some CRC, FEC, HEC errors, could this indicate that the copper line is faulty and needs repairing or replacing?

As you can see, my SNR margin is quite low and my line attenuation is quite high.

Does anyone know if the copper line of the apartment building can be changed and this changing of copper line is under TM or building management's jurisdiction?

Should I change my Huawei HG655M BTU to ZTE H268E?

Does anyone know if HG655M overheats or unable to handle the workload?

Anyone knows if the copper line or TM hardware that is failing that can be the problem?

I think my routers are not the culprit since I have changed 3 routers and the issue persists.

Internet weird disconnection issue

Often times when I am downloading at full speed, my Internet randomly disconnects. But I can still access to the router web interface and ping the router successfully.

(When my Internet disconnects, my download is still running at full speed but I cannot access any websites and pinging to for example DNS servers also will get timeouts.) = *keyword here*

But I can successfully ping the router. After a while, the downloading will stop to a halt and my Internet is still in disconnection state. Only after a while then can the router successfully reconnect to the Internet and I can access websites and download at full speed again.

I am currently using TM stock router which is D-Link DIR-850L. Is it the stock router not competent and stable enough and do I need to change to a more robust router?

Previously I am using TP-Link TL-WR841ND and another TM stock router TM TRG212M and I am also facing this problem. It is weird that these 3 routers give me this problem and could this mean that all these 3 routers are not robust and stable enough? Or are there any other problems that I am not aware of? Like for example TM's side of problems.

Does anyone know why my downloads will still continue at full speed for a while but I cannot access websites and ping DNS servers? I am unable to pinpoint what is the real culprit and I will need some networking pros' experience and opinion on this problem.

TM TRG212M Router Disconnection

I would like to ask some questions:
Often times when I am downloading full speed using UniFi 30Mbps, after a while the Internet will disconnect and my TM TRG212M stock router will get a new IP and I am unable to access Internet for a while.
When the Internet is in the midst of disconnection, I could not immediately access the router web interface. Is this the symptom showing that the router hangs?
From your experience, is it my TM stock router unable to handle such high speed thus disconnecting the Internet making me unable to access the Internet for a while? Or are there any other problems that are causing me to disconnect from the Internet for a while? Other problems like BTU, port, cables etc.
I am currently using HomePlug to connect from my PC to my TM stock router but I don't think that it will be an issue.
Most importantly is it the problem lies with my TM stock router? Will buying an Asus RT-AC55UHP solve my problem once and for all?
Lastly does anyone know what are the real noticeable differences between Asus RT-AC55UHP, RT-AC56S and RT-AC1200HP?
Hope someone can shed some light.

PayPal with dynamic IP

I cannot access the payout page in PayPal with dynamic WAN IP due to the strict enforcement of rules and policies of PayPal. The staff of PayPal told me that only static WAN IP and mobile Internet can access the payout page and they cannot do anything about it. It is impossible for those with dynamic WAN IP like UniFi VIP and normal Streamyx to complete a transaction in PayPal.

The problem now is I don't have access to Internet with static WAN IP and mobile Internet. Anyone can resolve this issue or know how to circumvent it?

By the way, anyone knows the IP range of WAN IP that are considered as "safe" to be used to access the payout page of PayPal?
