Since both agree to buy from me, how to choose which buyer to sell?<br />2. Since I only have 1 item &amp; have 2 buyers, can I ask for price increase? How to ask for price increase without offending the buyers or thinking I&#39;m cheating them?<br />3. How to cancel the deal with the first buyer (if I decide to sell to the second buyer) without offending or wasting their time?<br /><br />I&#39;m first time seller.
