iPhone 4S Battery Heats up after a call

Good day!

Is anyone by any chance facing this problem - Where after a call less than 5 mins your iphone heats like really hot?

Am currently facing this problem, but lucky my iPhone is still under warranty. When to Maxis and they said they would do a 1 to 1 exchange but need to send my iPhone in and within 2 weeks I will get a new phone. I asked if they are really giving me a new phone or a refurbish set, they said new set but must order from Singapore hence the 2 weeks.

Anyone who has experience with this 1 to 1 exchange thing, please advise.....does this mean I get a new phone and the lot? Or just a new phone without the new phone box?
