Details of the complaint : So, I bought a monitor thru postage and I received it, with a cracked screen and a shorted power if used with a surge protector.

But I tried to keep my cool, avoiding to raise this thing up, so I just send the pictures and he said "Maybe can claim warranty from BenQ". So I wait, for 2 days. He said "Havent got any respond" from BenQ.

So I tried to ask Citylink about broken items, and they said

QUOTE

"ask for the sender to call us".

So, I asked him to call, which took quite a few tries until answers and he said,

"Im going to the city link at 2.30 later. will ask them directly"

Now, it's been 5 days and I've been trying to reach him with no success. I don't know if he's gotten anything, maybe some compensation from Citylink. What I do know tho is I lost money now.

EDIT: Eventually it dragged down into 1 month, but yeah I got a half refund so I think all is good. Still pretty sad to just throw away money to the air and burning it like it's nothing.

RAM limit?

I have Asrock H61M-VS3. Yeah, low-end mobo.

So, the problem is, one of my slot wont accept RAM higher that 4GB. Wont even show mobo logo.
I tried to boot with only one, 4GB, on that slot. Still wont work.

So, is it normal? Or am I unlucky, having a faulty mobo?
