How to self host documents?

Dear all,

I have a query here. I would like to have a public URL for my files to be hosted on cloud. The purpose is to embed the URL into facebook so that anyone can download the file. However, those self hosting sites like docdroid or filedropper have a inactivity period which means if no one view/download the file, the file will automatically deleted. I do not want that. Are there any ways to do the self hosting?

I've a project/business idea in mind but I do not have any IT background and this idea largely depends on internet. As such, I'm looking for a freelance developer to joint venture.

-Online garage sales but to specific group of people
-depends on donations to sustain
-will have a very big room of improvement

Since dariofoo had closed down the Lawyer's Talk, I created this topic jz to upload this for the public or k/tard or first time purchaser.

Enclosed in the attachment got 2 remission order for 50% off from stamp duty:

1) STAMP DUTY (REMISSION) (NO. 3) ORDER 2012 is for loan not more than RM400K

2) STAMP DUTY (REMISSION) (NO. 4) ORDER 2012 is for purchase not more than RM400K

This remission will be valid until 31 Dec 2014.
