I am currently working as a Senior Analyst / Consultant at an IT firm.
My current job scope: Identify processes and problems in my company and propose solutions (internal), and implement projects (external).

I am / have:
A thinker (as you can see from my current job. My job role was actually suggested by myself and did not exist in my company before me).
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin.
IT-literate.
Decent programming syntax understanding, good programming logic (I write SQL scripts for my fellow colleagues to increase efficiency in my company).
Highly conversable and sociable, as I often deal with clients / provide training be it internal or external.
Own transport.

My availability:
Weekdays office hour - Only available with phone & computer (I can have spare time in between my work for the job, but not physically).
Weekdays off-office hour (Night).
Weekends full-day.

The price now is agak-agak RM900-Rm950
Should I buy the phone now or is the price going to drop anytime soon?

Also I REALLY need recommendation on which plan should I get .
I'm a minimal internet user ( just Whatsapp and occasional facebook/twitter ) .
Which plan is the best for me ? (preferably maxis)

Huawei Honor/Galaxy W + Data plans

As the title speaks for itself, I would like to ask everyone's opinion on which phone should I get.
Through my research I think this two is the most desirable one because my budget's around 1k only.
So, which one would you suggest?

In addition, the reason I wanna get a smartphone is mostly to use Whatsapp and simple internet apps.
Therefore, I would like to get a cheap data plan as well. Any suggestions?
P/S : I'm totally new on this. Please guide me. I'm currently using hotlink.
