Career advise needed! Cimb or UOB?

So guys my dilemma is this, I'm currently a PFC with cimb. Been only a month working there. Pay with allowance is 2.5. Now UOB management trainee has an offer for me with 2.8 basic. Should I jump? Will be doing my CFA in January as my ultimate goal would be to get into an IB. I'm 22 this year.

I can do sales but would it add any value and assist me career wise? I'm a double major degree holder in accounting and finance. Sifus please advise, I just want to be on the right path.

Hey guys, anybody here mind sharing their experience on how they ventured into investment banks? Whats the best point of entry. Im a fresh grad with a double major degree in Acc/ Banking & Finance. Recently was offered PFC and assistant relationship manager with CIMB.

Was wondering if anybody mind sharing abit. And has anybody here ventured into Private Banking? Hows the pay for assistant relationship manager Im still interested in investment banking but i cant seem to find any opening. Either that or idk where to look :/

Hey guys I need some help on which job is better. First is personal financial consultant, which will be in the branch selling ASB loans etc.

Second is in private banking. Assistant relationship manager. Apparently this focuses on the high net worth individuals. So guys which is better in terms of progression? Which job would help me get into investment banking one day?

So far I only know the pay for PFC which is only 2.2k + 250 allowance + commission.

Anyone with experience pls do advise!!👍😁
