Hi guys, I'm an oldie classic wow player tht stopped ages ago due to RL commitments. However now with BC coming up, im back for the nostalgic experience. With that I'm looking for my old guildies hoping that some remnants of it is still around.

The guild I'm looking for is the LoTH guild (Laggers of the horde) based in Thaurisaan like almost 11 yrs ago!! which I was one of the charter members. I guess now all the members also like me in their 30s d but hoping that some are still lurking around in this forum and wish to come together again for another run at BC which was some of the most fun of my younger days.

Insurance claim not approved

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask this.

I was in a slight accident and damaged my front bumper and grill of the car. I claimed Kurnia insurance with Mazda workshop since my car less than 5 yrs, I want to claim ori parts.

The problem comes when the approved claim finds my damage inconsistent to the accident report. Stating that I drive a Mazda 3 and hit a HR-V, my damage was at the bottom left bumper and fog lamp pecah. They argue that the damage cannot come from knocking a HR-V because the car is too high. I also dunno how to explain that because that was the only thing i hit. I'm thinking even if I hit the tyre part of the hr-v , my damage can still appear on the bottom bumper.

funnily enough, they approved the repairs to the bumper damage but not the fog lamps on top of the bumper. After few emails and meeting with the adjuster, they finally say their findings is final and refer me to the Ombudsman if I want to take things further.

I feel like Kurnia is trying to pull a fast one on me since they so conveniently deny claim on the most expensive part of the damage. And also I am claiming NCB on this and they only approve 2k worth of dmg where my NCB is 1.5k per yr for 3 yrs now..

Are there any way to remedy this? Ask them to change adjuster or case officer?

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has any first hand reviews on the Veloster turbo that just launched in April this year? I heard good news about it from other foreign sites but cant seem to get a localized review on this model in Malaysia.

I'll be going for a test drive this weekend before anyone ask me to but I am looking for more opinions to build my impression on first.

Hi all, i recently returned from overseas and brought back part of my pc.

I've got a 7950 GPU and a gigabyte mobo with a i5-2500 cpu on it.

I'm looking for a good casing and psu as well as a decent 22" monitor.

Best is if someone can direct me to the nearest merchant to assemble all for me. I scared i'll muck up if i diy. I'm from Subang.

just like in the title. anyone who just got back from low yat or is in low yat at the moment? how crowded is it. I'm thinking of going later to get a new laptop but the roads are so crowded. cant even get out to the highway. so was assuming if it is equally crowded in low yat.

I recently came across quite a good deal of a 180sx for 11k AUD which is like RM30k here. I test drived it on a short road around the owner's place and it was quite good. But im still not quite convinced..

Questions i wanna ask here is
1) RWD cars my friends say is quite unpredictable. Always fish tails and the butt of the car always like want to come out when taking corners. I asked some ppl driving s13-s15 b4, they say yea but most of them is taking the car at a high speed. I was wondering if this shit happens to when im driving the car casually.

2) SR20DET turbos, is it reliable? how prone is it to break down... again i got alot of comments otherwise abt this..so i want more comments abt this.

3) Resale price after 2-3 yrs is how many?? anyone know?

I actually came close to buying it cos its pretty stock and ahve room for mods. But i never driven an old car b4 and worse a RWD turbo-0charged 1. Its a big leap for me and i need to be sure what im facing if i get it.

and also hows the FC like and err the maintenance of this car??
Friend told me tht turbo cars are very hard to maintain and lets say if my car breaks down and need to go shop...reckon its gonna cost a bomb for it??

My alt would be a stock NA supra and mod it myself for a single turbo...i dunno much abt mods and fast cars for tht matter...jsut feel like want to experiment and feel what its like to drive one of these babies...what u guys think?? come come..share ur comments

Guys i need the latest whole patch for BF2142. ( the patch which updates ur current version to the latest) and also a crack for it.

Before u guys start flaming me about getting the original, Please be assured i do have the original game ( collectors box summore ). However i forgotten to update it and bring the cd with me overseas. So right now, my lappy got the game installed but no patch and no cd...QQ

[WTA] Budget Laptop/ notebook

Hi everybody, just want to ask if there is a budgeted notebook or laptop for Rm1k-2k. Nothing too fancy cos my usage for it usually would be microsoft office and the my beloved WoW game. Planning to get one to use when i go overseas but so far havent come across any such rigs with my budget.

Anyone know any suitable rigs? Planning to go KLCC PC Fair this weekend see got any or not. What should i look for in a laptop/notebook?

Im planning on getting BF2142 because of the great preview by mags and the praises LYN forumers gave. =p

But i got a few questions tht needs clarification.
1) How many ranked/official asian servers are out there? since this is a new game and all?

2) What is the average latency when playing BF2142? is it noticeble or not? does it affect gameplay much?

3) Is there any place around subang valley tht sells the BF2142 for less RM119?

pcgame.com.my is having a pre-order BC for RM149. Thats damn cheap for a most-awaited release game. And summore when it launches, its gonna be next to impossible to get ur hands on one copy.

However here is my problem, i never bought anyhting from the internet b4. The way i see it is that u need to have a credit card and bank-check by mail is out of the question for me (very insecure). So what i planning is someone volunteer to use his/her CC to pre-order for us and we COD at a place. Not sure if this idea might work though but its just a thought.

Technical difficulties on CS:S pls help!

Everthing was fine for than 1 day, i tried to open my CSS. Normally..u would launch STEAM first then CSS. But when i reach the 'Preparing to launch CSS'...some msg saying Steam has found a problem with ur local game files. Game files will now be auto-acquired from Steam servers. then i click ok and it loads for a bit than the same msg comes up again. I dont know wat happen..i ddint mess with any of the CSS folders...

Could it be a STEAM platform update corrupted? or some file missing from my local folder. Anyone face this problem before? Cause i really dont want to reinstall the whole damn FCUK thing again...those of u who reinstall should know how long it takes..lol so any advice/suggestions are appreciated~thanks~

Horde Guild in Jubei'Thos

Just want to ask if theres any mostly malaysian/sg horde guilds out there tht are doing end-game instances/ pvping together? i've rerolled a orc hunter there recently from Gul'dan but i cant seem to find any decent malaysian guilds around. As far as i know of.. KeK is an alliance guild and i don want to reroll as an alliance again =(

Gold Farming in WoW

Anyone know of anyways to farm the most amount of gold in the shortest time taken? Where's the most effective place to farm? How to spot cheap items in AH and then re-sale them for a higher profit? Had guildies who farm like 2k gold a week but they arent revealing their secret...

Anyone can gif some useful tips?
