Hey guys. Want to ask about ip qos. My modem/router is TP-LINK W8961ND and it does support ip QOS. I wanna ask any sifu here to help me to control bandwith.

Here is the screenshot of the QOS setting page in the router settings.

I already assign static IP for all my devices. Just don't understand the other things and what to set them to.

I wanna limit my laptop bandwith and increase my pc bandwith.
