Recently went to an interview but in the end didnt pursue further. Just want to ask experienced sales ppl, is this achievable

Monday: Sales Call day, make lots of cold calling to book customers time for product demo. (Target per day: around 100 calls)

Tuesday - Friday: Product demo day. Go customer site do demo ask them to buy.(Target per day: 5 -6 demo)

Monthly sales target to hit.

They are very serious on these numbers and even ask me to write an email on how to achieve the cold calls and product demo. I personally think it is not so achievable coming in without any sales experience. Aside from these, i think to be able to achieve these daily target within normal office hours is impossible if you account for travelling + demo time + sales pitch + waiting customers etc.

So experienced sales ppl, tell me how its done! I would like to learn how you did it!

I will be working at Western Digital in Sungai Way FIZ soon and kereta pergi baiki 2 minggu. I need to figure out a way to go and come back to subang (ss15).

Is rapid U623 reliable? Because as i know western digital has 2 plants and my workplace is the inner one. Seems like need to walk pretty far from bustation... Or take taxi if really no choice

Hi all,

I will be going for another round of interview in Schneider Electric based in PJ. I would like to learn more about the culture ,environment and workload there. Any senior or tai gor who have experience working at the current location pls share some I understand there's an old thread talking about Schneider but its a bit too old to be applied here.

Went through the first interview and was told the job is quite challenging and needs to be very independent like the real world engineer. Though based in PJ but need to travel alot to outpost station/ customer site.

What i would like to know is the workload alot? Is this a good company in terms of a career prospect in electrical engineer? Anyone who had similar experience pls come share share! I would like to have more insights of the company before making any hasty decisions

Hi all, i have some questions regarding the topic above.

The week I graduated i got hired at Company A to work. When i start work 2 weeks later i found that the company that im working was not suitable for me (different job function and work culture) and i handed in my resignation letter which requires me to serve a one month notice period. Few days after i tender resignation i was offered a interview at Company B and was shortlisted.

Now Company B wants to do a background check. The problem is that i didnt even mention working in Company A since its wasnt even worth mentioning for that short period of work. I told Company B i just graduated from uni. Will it affect my background check as i've already made the correct procedure to go job hunting after handing in resignation? Will Company B find out that im currently still at Company A even though i never mention that to them? Both are different company in different field.

Please help me with this question . Thanks

Hi guys, I've always wanted to try out playing guitar. I've been doing some research on electric guitars as it suits my style more and easier to start out. I have a budget of rm400 to spend on an electric guitar.

Can any sifu here recommend a electric guitar around this range ???(without the amps and stuffs) . I have a friend who is trying to offer me his YAMAHA ERG-121c which he played for a few years for rm300. Is it good that i go for his guitar or get something new around the budget of rm400???

Streamyx Blacklist/Termination?

I've moved out from my old apartment and left a Streamyx Unipack there under my name. Now the new housemates doesn't want to use it anymore and ask me to take it back. But i can't since my new apartment doesnt have ports for it( it sucks) and the contract is still left with about a year.

So my question is what if i dont pay/care about the bill and let streamyx blacklist me. What are the consequences?

Hello everyone,

I need some suggestion/ advice from guys in this forum. Thanks in advance for any reply!

I've started to hit the gym for 1 month plus and i can already see some good progression going so i decide to take it to the next level.

Im currently weighted 60 kg with a height of 172cm and i look like skeleton so my objective of hitting the gym is to gain weight to 70kg and look more muscular.

Here is my normal routine, it usually takes 1 hour + to get it done :

1) Cable curl, 8 set. Each 10 reps. I change the load heavier in between so my muscles wont adapt to the load.

2) Sit ups, 5-6set. Each 10 reps.

3) Butterfly, 6-7 set. Each 10 reps

4) Leg raise, 10 set. Each 5 reps.

5) Bent Knee Hip Raise, 10 set. Each 5 reps.

6) Vertical/Decline Dumbbell raise, 5-6 set. Each 10 reps.

7) Sprint 0.3 km with 5% inclination.

8) Dumbbell bicep curl, 4-6sets. ( Any exercises involve biceps and shoulder )

I usually focus on biceps and abs and decides to move on other bodyparts in the future once they are shape up a little.

What I eat:

B'fast: 2-3 eggs.

Lunch: economy rice w/ chicken and veg. OR Chicken Rice

Dinner: Any noodle/ rice with chicken. Bananas.

I'm planning to take supplements but the are too many brands and Im not sure which one is good for beginner.

This leads to a few questions i would like any bro here to advice me:

1) I would like to take some supplements which one should i start? I have a budget under RM250 to start out, from what i research there are a few good ones such as Myfusion, MuscleTech, i plan to start out with post-workout supplements is it ok?

2) Is my workout routine ok? Any improvements/advice needed?

3) Any changes to made in my daily meals?
