Dear All , I need help and guides from the PROS

I just install MAXIS unifi last week but my wire inside the circuit box / electric / fibre box ( i dont know what its called ) seems very messy
and i ask the TM of MAXIS technician why is it like that and all my other fibre plug & phone plug cannot be used , they said it is not their problem and they ask me to fix myself !!! but i have no idea on how does these wiring thing should connect and so it could work properly.

THIS is how does the wire being left out like this

This is how the LAN cable left there without connected to anything. ( Is this suppose to connect to something ? ) ( Cause at the moment all my other LAN / phone wall plug malfunction , is it because of this not connected properly ? )
( And does anyone know what is that green cable for ? )

This is the malfunction phone plug at my house .

Currently my main problem is that because all the plug is malfunc tion , i cant get to install my modem/ router upstairs , cause currently if put everything downstairs and this is at the small storeroom under the stairs which gives me " NO SIGNAL " upstairs at all.

Is there anyone i can contact to help me to FIX the problem and the CABLES ?

PLEASE HELP !!!!! APPRECIATE A LOT.

Dear all ,

Can any PRO help ?

I have a issue regarding income tax.

I have just receive a letter from LHDN asking me for a proof of document that on year 2009 , 2010 and 2012 , and stating that if I dint proof , they will penalty for a figure of 45% more from the original tax i had declare.

on section "Faedah Pinjaman perumahan menigkut peruntukan seksyen 46B ."

and they purposely dint mention year 2011 , it is because that they still owe me money. Paid extra , they haven't return the back to me yet. Anyway i can appeal to get back my money ?

QUESTION :

Is it mean that I just provide all these docs , there will be no extra charges ? [SIZE=7]

Is there a way that i can get back the extra money i paid during year 2011 [SIZE=7]
