Graphic Card Recommendation for LED TV

Hi all,

I've built a basic PC last 2 years ago, and connect it to my Samsung plasma TV as monitor in my living room.
Below is my PC setup:
Intel Core i3 4130
Asus B85M-G (with HDMI port, so that I can connect my PC to TV via HDMI)
Kingston KVR1600 DDR3 4GB
WD Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Cooler Master Elite Power 460W
Lite-On 24x DVDRW

Issue:
The setup is working well, until recently I've changed my Samsung plasma TV to Samsung LED TV because the plasma TV spoilt.
When I connected HDMI cable from PC to LED TV, there is no display (only shown message 'No signal').
I suspect the graphic of MOBO does not support the display of LED TV.
The model of Samsung LED TV is UA43J5500.

What I have done:
1. Connect to LED TV via HDMI and connect to a spare monitor using VGA. I can see the PC's screen in spare monitor, and when I projected it to 'Duplicate', I still can see the screen in monitor but not from LED TV.
Note to take, I can see 'Samsung TV' in screen resolution properties. So, I think my PC detected the TV as monitor but couldn't display the output.
2. Connect to LED TV via HDMI to a laptop (display is NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M), and the display was fine.

May I know whether my suspicious is correct or not ?
If no, what else I can do to enable the output to my LED TV ?
If yes, can anyone recommend the suitable graphic card with HDMI output ? Suitable in the sense of it can fit into my current PC setup (or minimal change), pricing wise of course the lowest is the best as I only want to display PC's screen to LED TV.
