Most complete whey protein?

My preference so far is USN hardcore whey gh. Have the zma, tribulus, enough protein and bcaa. Plus its affordable. I don’t know how legit the protein is but i like it after finishing the first tub. Going to buy more. But that’s just my opinion. Which protein do you guys prefer?

Looking for this earphone everywhere and I can't find it. Bought it back in UK but then I lost it somewhere. They don't ship to Malaysia so it's kinda sucks. So does anyone know where I can find Smile Jamaica by House of Marley earphones in Malaysia? Lazada is selling them so expensive though. All I can find are headphones by House of Marley at some Radioshack shops but can't find earphones anywhere.

I know there are better earphones out there, but I like this one the most.

So yeah the topic, any good in-ear earphones under RM100? Something that's clear and noise cancellation if there's any? Doesn't matter if have mic or not, its better if it have. Gonna use it to listen to music and also gaming while chatting with friends.

College student, how should I bulk/cut? HELP

Im currently studying in shah alam at MSU. And I have a really big problem with my food intake. I don't have cars to go around restaurant but there are certain restaurants from where i live in shah alam. There's mamak, chinese muslim, arab and some mee tarik restaurant. So as a college student, im not really sure how to take care of my diet. With not so much money in my hand, how the hell should I take care of my diet? im currently bulking right now and its pretty hard. I dont really have time to cook cause i have classes in the morning and i go to the gym at night. taking medicine so i should have time to study as well. so i kinda need help. there's tesco nearby so i can buy some food tohere to cook that is fast and easy. so im hoping for some kind of advices on how to take care of my diet, with all the mamaks and shortage of money and stuffs. appreciate any help!

Other than pullups, what do you guys do for lats? Since i'm working out at home, i only have the pullup bar, ex curl bar and pair of dumbbells. I don't really like doing pullups because i cant pull myself up, i've to use stool to support which i find it kinda boring. So what do you guys do for your lats? Saw this shop at Harbour town in australia where you can change the screen of the iphones to any sort of colours. Not by putting stickers, but by changing the screen (opening this and that). Wanted to buy it there but it cost 180aud which about 500 ringgit? Kinda expensive. So is there anything like this @lowyat? Sorry if it's in the wrong sub forum.
